Life ~ Family Articles | December 18 Maglia Medhi Benatia , 2008 The concept of life ~ being a witness to grasp the reality of a newborn coming into this world surviving to live verses an older individual surviving to die.?
In my?unfolding moments of?yesterday, I have stopped to recognize a concept of life.? From watching a child being born, healthy?~ to the birth of a child that is?only twenty-five weeks?old with a?Spirit?to survive?~?to a family member who has struggled with their health, came to their decision to survive to die.? The concept is that all living Spirits experience the many wonders of Life that brings tears of joy and tears of sadness.? But the truth as I can see it ~ Life is each individual's life once we are brought into this world; the?outsiders only?get to watch.? Due to love, caring, empathy ~ this sadness crosses over our hearts and brings this emotion of sadness.? At times this sadness can bring heavy pain inside the chest with tears that flow upon the cheeks like a river.? It's the loss of that body that contain their individual spirit and character that is identified with a name.
Our family member who chose his path last week to stop continuing health care ~ their final wishes were to be home around family and pass on.? They knew in their mind what they wanted, how they wanted it and knew the final decisions to complete this task ~ the rest was in Their Holy Spirit.? They were comfortable with their choice, just not comfortable in a body of suffering. Now all that remained was taking it one day at a time until their survival to pass came.? It took six days ~ yesterday morning become stillness for them.?
Sometimes there are simply no words that can be said to the one who is the closest to the one that departed ~ so it?s the gleam of? hope that remains in the hearts and the faith within that brings this comfort ~ time heals the pain ~ and allows us slowly to begin anew.
A message to each family ~ friend ~ acquaintance ~ who is part of this time of sorrow: The Temple we are given ~ travels through a life?s journey by many choices ~ till we come to the time to enter into Eternal Life.? May your heart be filled with peace knowing that our Fellow Spirit who touched our path in some fashion is at rest and continues within mind and Spirit.?
?Death has come to me in a very peaceful understanding of someone else?s wishes.?

Ah, but unfortunately, in terms of initial screening, that 'someone? has been increasingly replaced by an ?it?: the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
You see, thanks mostly to the Internet, companies and recruiters today are being increasingly inundated by r'sum's sent to them literally at the touch of a button. So given the need for speed Maglia Mattia De Sciglio , quality, and economy in the hiring process, enter Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), computer software programs that can capture requested information from paper-based r'sum's or online applications, and then download it directly into an applicant database.
Thus, when someone sends a Microsoft Word version of his r'sum? to a company or recruiter, an ATS can scan it without printing it, and store relevant information. Companies or recruiters can then ? using chosen parameters, keywords Maglia Wojciech Szczesny , or phrases ? search stored r'sum's when a need arises to fill a certain job posting, saving countless hours once spent in classifying and choosing r'sum's manually.
The Job Hunter's Problem ? and a Solution
All well and good for an ATS owner, but how can you the job hunter know what parameters the ATS user will enter into his system when looking for a candidate? All you can do is make an educated guess as to what they might be. And, since many keywords can have variants, choosing ? and then integrating them into your r'sum? ? becomes even more difficult.

Years of Experience: 5?10 years of experience, over 10 years of experience, 20+ years, etc.
Expertise: Mergers, acquisitions, profit and loss, turnarounds, start-ups, budgets Maglia Leonardo Spinazzola , Six Sigma, etc.
Leadership qualities: Team supervision, ?big picture thinker,? visionary, senior manager, Board of Directors, multinational, decision-maker, etc.
Education: MBA Maglia Mattia Perin , Ph.D., B.S. in Business Administration, B.S. in Accounting, etc.
Certifications: CPA, Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, etc.
As you can see, a list of possible keywords ? any of which might be appropriate to you ? can be devilishly long, especially when only slight variations are
